My Longevity Picks ranks the online clinics selling prescription longevity treatments. NAD+, sermorelin, peptides and glutathione, nearly all of them compounded. That market grew faster than most people's ability to sanity-check a monthly price or a compounding disclaimer, and that gap is what this site is built to close.
We score every clinic on 4 weighted criteria: real monthly cost, prescriber & follow-up, what they can prescribe, what they disclose. Using documented evidence, not opinion. We run an automated check against each clinic's own live pricing page every week; a price left unconfirmed for 45 days shows as unverified rather than staying marked as current.
Referral fees from some of the listed clinics keep the lights on here. Full stop, that's the business model, laid out on the affiliate disclosure page. The rubric that produces each score lives separately, on the editorial policy page. Scores are independent; active partners are listed first at equal displayed scores.
Nothing here is a substitute for talking to your own prescriber. This site compares business, not biology.
