FDA warning letters, being assembled

The letters that matter here are the ones issued to compounders of the treatments this site covers. That corpus is being assembled.

We removed the previous version of this page rather than adapting it. It was written for a different class of medicine, and its claims — cited research, regulator statements, clinical contraindications — do not transfer by swapping a word. Rewriting them that way would put false statements in the mouths of real, named people. So this page stays empty until it has its own sources.

In the meantime, what we can already stand behind is what each clinic actually publishes and our editorial policy.
