What each clinic actually publishes
8 of the 12 clinics we track publishes a price you can read before handing over your details — and that one figure is a first-month rate sitting in front of a membership fee that rises afterwards. That is not a gap in our research. It is the finding.
Why this page is not called “cheapest”. Ranking by price needs every row to publish the same kind of number. Here one publishes a teaser, one publishes a figure we cannot read, one publishes nothing, and one has no website left. Sorting those into an order would invent a comparison that does not exist. When there are comparable verified prices, we will build a ranking and say what its denominator is.

Four longevity treatments, each priced on its own page and on the category page. The longer cadences are genuinely cheaper per month rather than an intro rate that later rises: NAD+ runs $161/mo monthly, $145 at three months, $137 at six, $129 at twelve.

Prices are per supply, not per month: NAD+ is $369 for an 8–10 week supply and sermorelin $211.65 for four weeks or $585 for twelve. The 8–10 week range makes a monthly equivalent imprecise by construction.

The pricing page contradicts itself. On the sermorelin page the header reads "$175 $89 /first mo." while the FAQ further down the same page answers that "First month is $109. After that, $219 per month." We are not choosing between them: which figure is right is a question for the clinic, and a reader is better served knowing the page disagrees with itself.

Two figures that do not reconcile: /pricing lists NAD+ Injection and Sermorelin at $199 in a four-week column, alongside a "$10/week" column that appears to be instalments rather than price; /medications/nad-injection says "Starting at $27/week". $199 over four weeks is about $50/week, so neither smaller figure derives from it.

Public product pages exist for NAD+ and sermorelin, but the live site blocks automated access and the only archived copy is over seven months old, with prices rendered from JavaScript. No figure is published here until it is read in a browser.

Care Bare Rx
No public site at allThe company's website has expired. Search engines still index its old pages, which is why it can still look like a going concern.
EVIDENCE (2026-09-09): www.carebarerx.com returns HTTP 404 on every path, including the apex, served by Squarespace under the title "Squarespace - Website Expired". The subscription has lapsed and the company has no public site. Search engines still index a NAD+ therapy page from when it was live, which is why the Katalys line still looks real.
