Short answer

Lttl scores 7.4/10 (#8 of 31 clinics). $99/mo on a 12-month supply, $1,188 billed up front is the lowest tier Lttl lists, but the page doesn't spell out the commitment behind it. Treat it as a floor, not a quote for what you'd actually pay. There is also a flagged concern. See Is Lttl legit? below.

Watch out for

Six things to check before you pay. (1) The $99 a month figure needs a 12-month supply billed as $1,188 up front; month to month, NAD+ and sermorelin cost $99 for the first 4 weeks and then $149 a month. (2) Its Terms make an order non-refundable once the medical intake is submitted, except when a provider finds you medically ineligible or Lttl makes a billing error, while its Returns page says consultation fees are generally non-refundable even when no prescription is issued. (3) Plans renew until you cancel by email to hello@lttl.com, and the renewal cadence and cutoff are shown only at checkout. (4) Its homepage shows a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 "from 125,000+ Members"; Trustpilot itself shows 4.2 from 12 reviews on a claimed profile with a paid subscription (27 October 2026), the "Forbes Health's Best Provider of 2026" banner could not be checked, and the same NAD+ testimonial appears on two of its pages under two different patient names. (5) Every price is shown as a saving against a $229 list price we have not seen charged. Its medical advisory board is a nurse practitioner, a physical therapist and a pharmacist, and the prescribing clinicians are not named. (6) We list Louisiana as not served. Lttl's own intake configuration says "Louisiana: does not qualify for compounded medications", and its sign-up for its other product line offers Louisiana residents brand-name drugs only; the treatments reviewed here are compounded too. Its longevity sign-up has no such rule and says its longevity programs "are offered in all 50 states", as do its Terms, so ask before you pay if you live in Louisiana (read 27 October 2026). No FDA warning letter names Lttl (fda.gov, searched 27 October 2026).

Questions to ask Lttl at intake

Each one is here because Lttl’s pages left it open when we read them.

  1. Do I need lab work before starting, and what does it cost? Its pages don't say whether labs are needed or what they cost.
  2. What will I pay each month after the introductory price ends? Lttl advertises a first-period price that differs from its ongoing rate.
  3. Is the longer plan charged up front, and can I switch to month-to-month later? At least one of its plans is billed for several months at once.
  4. Does my price change when my dose goes up? Its plan prices don't say whether they hold at higher doses.

Our verdict

Who Lttl is for

Lttl earns 7.4/10 and ranks #8 of 31 online longevity clinics we've scored. Prices every plan with the amount billed up front and names its four pharmacies, but the review rating on its pages does not match its Trustpilot record and its refund pages contradict each other.

Pricing details

$99/mo on a 12-month supply, $1,188 billed up front is the lowest tier Lttl lists, but the page doesn't spell out the commitment behind it. Treat it as a floor, not a quote for what you'd actually pay.

Every plan is priced on Lttl's own pages with the amount billed (read 27 October 2026). NAD+ (injection, nasal spray or liposomal oral liquid) and sermorelin: $149 a month month to month after a $99 first 4 weeks, $139 a month on a 3-month supply ($417 a quarter), $129 on 6 months ($774) and $99 on 12 months ($1,188 a year). Glutathione and methylene blue: $119 a month month to month after an $89 first 4 weeks, then $99, $89 and $79 a month on 3, 6 and 12 months ($297, $534 and $948). Each tier is shown against a struck-through list price ($229, or $145) under a banner saying a code is applied automatically; whether checkout takes anything further off is shown only after the medical intake. We score the 12-month rate with its up-front bill and record the $149 month-to-month rate beside it.
