What's specific to Missouri
These are Missouri's rules on prescribing through telehealth in general. They are not rules about NAD+, sermorelin, peptides or any other single treatment.
- Telehealth prescribing: Missouri allows a questionnaire to be used to establish a physician-patient relationship by telemedicine only if the treating professional reviews it and the provider is employed by or contracted with an entity licensed to provide health care in Missouri. A provider using an online or telephone questionnaire must send a written report to the patient's primary care provider, if the patient names one, within 14 days.
